Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Herbs&Beans, we offer two convenient fulfilment options for our customers: Click & Collect and Local Delivery.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available free of charge on all eligible orders.

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Local Delivery: We do not offer local delivery at the moment.

We offer local delivery to selected surrounding areas based on distance from our store. Delivery availability, minimum order values, and charges depend on your delivery zone.

We aim to deliver local orders within 1–2 working days.

Zone 1: Up to 3 miles

• Minimum order: £50

• Orders from £50 to £79.99: Delivery charge £3.99

• Orders of £80 and above: Delivery charge £1.99

Zone 2: 3 to 8 miles

• Minimum order: £80

• Orders from £80 to £119.99: Delivery charge £4.99

• Orders of £120 and above: Delivery charge £2.99

Zone 3: 8 to 12 miles

• Minimum order: £100

• Orders from £100 to £149.99: Delivery charge £5.99

• Orders of £150 and above: Delivery charge £3.99

Local delivery is only available for addresses within our designated delivery zones. If your address falls outside these areas, local delivery may not be available at checkout.

Order Processing

Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 10:00am (GMT) on a business day will usually be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will normally be processed on the next business day.

Our operating days are Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays and other notified closure dates. During busy periods or holiday closures, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended, but we will always do our best to minimise delays.

Failed Deliveries

If a local delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, incorrect delivery details have been provided, or access to the address is not possible, we may contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

If we are unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled or returned, and any additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Important Information

• Delivery distances are calculated from our store location.

• Minimum order values apply to each delivery zone.

• Orders that do not meet the minimum spend for the relevant zone will not qualify for local delivery.

• We reserve the right to amend delivery areas, charges, and minimum order requirements at any time without prior notice.

• Availability of delivery services may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
